Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit.
Audit data, including crawled website information and generated reports, is retained for 90 days after which it is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who assist in operating our platform (AWS, email services)
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Google Search Console Data
If you choose to connect your Google Search Console account, Pinnacles AI accesses certain Google user data through Google's OAuth flow. We request only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly scope, which is read-only — we never create, modify, or delete anything in your Search Console account.
What we access: search-performance metrics (clicks, impressions, average position, and the associated queries and pages) and URL inspection / indexation status, only for the properties you have verified in Google Search Console.
How we use it: we display this data in your dashboard and use it to generate SEO insights and recommendations for your own websites. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.
How we store it: the OAuth tokens that authorize this connection are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS. You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from your dashboard settings, which deletes the stored tokens.
Pinnacles AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
